Project NANDA
Abstract
Most of the internet was built for people to click through, not for AI agents to act on their behalf. As agents begin to search, compare, negotiate, and buy for us, they need a way to find each other, prove who they are, and trust the businesses they deal with. That is the problem NANDA is meant to solve. This talk spends most of its time on that idea: what the problem is, why today's web can't handle it, and what an open, shared foundation for agents looks like. It uses plain examples, including small businesses, that a non-technical audience can follow. The second half turns to what this means for enterprises. If customers, suppliers, and partners start sending agents instead of people, companies will have to decide how their own systems are found, verified, and trusted by those agents, and who controls that layer. We will look at the risks of being left out, the opportunities for early movers, and the questions leaders should be asking now.
